Parker and Flavia | A Detroit Engagement Session

It’s a hill I’m willing to die on: Ever couple who is have a professional photographer at their wedding should do an engagement session.

For most couples, their wedding photos are the first time that they are taking professional pictures and it can be daunting for a lot of people. “What if I don’t know how to pose?” “What if I don’t understand what the photographer is saying?”

Valid questions that can be solved by an engagement session! It’s like practice for the big day and you get some killer photos out of it.

For Parker and Flavia, we met downtown at the Belt alley and used the time to just loosen up and relax! These two were dressed to the nines yet still ready to have a ton of fun. We spent time in the Belt, wandered over to Parker’s Alley (no relation), ran across Woodward Ave, and saw the iconic Detroit skyline from the top of the Z Lot.
